    Burak Ali Han TEC\u0130M<\/strong><\/p>

    Born in Istanbul in 1978, he took the first step in his 26-year professional career by entering Izmir Finance Vocational School in 1993. He was appointed as a civil servant to the Hasan Tahsin Tax Office of the Ministry of Finance in 1996 as soon as he graduated from Finance School.<\/p>

    He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Ege University in 2001. He served as Assistant Tax Inspector between 2003 and 2006, Tax Inspector between 2006 and 2011, and Tax Inspector between 2011 and 2014. He has played a role in tax auditing duties for more than 10 years at the Ministry of Finance.<\/p>

    In addition to coordinating the Audit Coordination Directorate of the Izmir Tax Office between 2009 and 2010, he has also served in the administrations of professional organizations such as the Finance Sports Club, the Association of Tax Inspectors, the Association of Finance School Graduates, and the Association of Tax Inspectors. He is currently the Treasurer of the Social Activities Commission of the Izmir Chamber of Certified Public Accountants.<\/p>

    He completed his master’s degree at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences, Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl University with his thesis entitled “The Importance of Tax and Tax Auditing in the Underground Economy”. In his doctoral studies at the Department of Public Finance, Faculty of Public Finance, Manisa Celal Bayar University, which he won in 2008, he chose the thesis topic entitled “Tax Disputes Between the Executive and the Judiciary and Solution Suggestions” and successfully completed the course stage in 2010.<\/p>

    In the beginning of 2014, he left his position as a tax inspector and started working as a Certified Public Accountant. In the same year, he also started providing independent auditing services as an independent auditor. He also holds many professional licenses such as Certified Public Accountant, Independent Auditor, Expert Witness, and Bankruptcy Commissioner. He has published many articles in refereed professional journals.<\/p>

    He is one of the two founding partners of BAHT Sworn Financial Avisor S.A., which was established in 2023<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    \u00d6zg\u00fcr UYAR<\/strong><\/p>

    He was born in 1980 in Wilhelmshaven, Germany. \u00d6zg\u00fcr UYAR, who completed his primary and secondary education in Manisa-Salihli, started his civil service career at the Izmir Vehicle Tax Office after graduating from Izmir Finance Vocational High School in 1997.<\/p>

    In 2003, he graduated from the Department of Finance at Dokuz Eyl\u00fcl University Faculty of Business Administration, and in 2009, he began working as a Tax Inspector Assistant at the Ministry of Finance. He was promoted to Tax Inspector Assistant in 2012, Tax Inspector in 2013, and in 2022, he received the title of Chief Tax Inspector.<\/p>

    Within the Ministry of Finance, he has undertaken various tax examinations and research tasks related to different sectors. Additionally, he has served as an instructor in training programs for tax inspector assistants and income specialist assistants.<\/p>

    Particularly, in the field of Special Consumption Tax, he has conducted various trainings, presentations, and collaborative work for the Tax Audit Board in the preparation of internal examination guides for Special Consumption Tax refund examinations.<\/p>

    Furthermore, for four and a half years, he served as a member of the Report Evaluation Committee at the Tax Audit Board Sectoral Audit Department.<\/p>

    In 2017, he successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant exams opened by T\u00dcRMOB (Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Turkey) and obtained the license. In 2023, having completed 25 years of public service, he retired and started working as a Certified Public Accountant.<\/p>
